London Road Dental Practice provide general dentistry, dental implants, dental hygiene and cosmetic dentistry to private patients in the Hemel Hempstead area. Today the practice is run by Dr Jassim Gilam, Principal Dentist, who took over the reins of the day to day running of the surgery from his mother and has exciting plans for the future.

The ability to be able to look at what is going on with the appointment book and do financial reporting from anywhere, means I can spend more time at home rather than at the practice.

What are the benefits of using Dentally?

Dentally has negated me going in on days off in order to do many of the practice management aspects. Being able to make appointments from home has allowed staff to work from home answering the phone as opposed to having to be physically in the practice. As it is cloud based, the security aspect is far better than remote access which only adds an extra link that can be hacked.

Why would you recommend Dentally?

We have found dentally a breath of fresh air. It has been very easy to pick up and much simpler than the other systems that I have used. The training we received was fantastic and the live day with Adam ready to help when needed made sure a lot of the kinks were ironed out as we went. Learning by doing is definitely the best way and that was made exceptionally easy.

It has definitely been an excellent decision to switch to Dentally and we have had a very good patient response as we were moving from a much poorer, outdated system that lacked a lot of the crucial aspects required. The iPad app is brilliant!

How do you rate our service?

Every member of the team I have dealt with have been extremely professional and efficient with ensuring our transition was as smooth as possible. It has been refreshing to see a company take so much pride in their customer service, from the initial sales call/consultation, all the way through to installation and aftercare.
