So the holiday season is upon us once more, we've had a productive month full of updates but before I tell you all about our latest happenings I would like to tell you about our support hours over Christmas and the New Year.
Christmas Support Hours
We're finishing up support for the Christmas break on Friday the 23rd of December and will resume on Tuesday the 3rd of January so get any burning queries you have in before then. No need to worry, our product team will be on call in case of emergency.
We will have some scheduled downtime on the 26th and 27th as we update the database. This shouldn't take more than a few hours or so but in the unlikely event of an exceptional circumstance could take a few more.
So just to recap:
Saturday 24th December - Monday 2nd January - Closed.
Monday 26th December - Tueday 27th December - Scheduled downtime.
Tuesday 3rd January - Normal service resumes.
What's new this month?
You can now merge patient records if there happens to be a duplicate record.
To do this just head to the details page on a patient record, click more and select merge patient. Find the record you want to merge and click 'Merge'
Careful though! Once you've done this it cannot be reversed.
As always, we've improved a few bits and pieces in the app.
Undelivered SMS notifications - if your message doesn't get delivered, we'll now let you know why.
Added more payment methods - Now take AmEx or finance.
We called in pest control and got rid of a few bugs. You can read them over in the Changelog.
